Search the Local History Digital Collection!
In an effort to preserve its materials and to provide easy access, the Harrison Memorial Library has begun to digitize its archival collections that can be accessed by searching through our online digital collections database.
Our online collections range in topic from the history of the Forest Theatre, the oldest outdoor community theatre West of the Rockies, to biographical material on local authors and artists,
such as George Sterling and Robinson Jeffers. We also have materials on the development of the city of Carmel-by-the-Sea, the Carmel Bach Festival, and much more.
